Discover the essence of luxury and comfort in our apartment located in the exclusive area of La Azucarera. Immerse yourself in a unique experience with our community pool, open from June 1st to October 1st, and a paddle tennis court to enjoy during your stay.
Strategically located on the ground floor and on the corner of the building, our apartment features a spacious "U"-shaped terrace, surrounded by sun all day long. The perfect spot to bask in the warm climate and radiant sun of the Costa del Sol!
Indoors, you'll find two bedrooms for a restful sleep: the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom with two single beds. There's also a second full bathroom and a fully equipped separate kitchen. The generous living-dining area includes a comfortable double sofa bed for additional guests.
For your comfort, we provide air conditioning, wifi, and a secure parking space.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment to ensure a clean, allergy-free environment. Additionally, we offer airport transportation service for an additional fee.
Due to the drought in the area, please be aware of possible water cuts from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, according to municipal regulations.
