The two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, provide comfort and versatility. The fully equipped, independent kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The bright living-dining room, with a double sofa bed, opens up to a terrace with mountain views, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The apartment includes a parking space and air conditioning for your comfort. In the complex, you can enjoy a seasonal community pool (usually open from June to September), subject to the rules of the homeowners' association.
Torre del Mar offers easy access to explore Axarquía, with tourist towns such as Nerja, Frigiliana, Vélez-Málaga, and Comares. Just a 25-minute drive from the capital and less than an hour from Granada, you can combine sun, beach, culture, and mountains.
