Welcome to our modern apartment located in the vibrant new area of Torre del Mar, a district in constant growth and development. This charming residential complex is situated right on the beachfront, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city. Ideal for family vacations or a relaxing getaway, the complex features a community pool open year-round (managed by the homeowners' association) and a playground for the little ones.
The apartment, located on the fourth floor, is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. With a capacity for up to five people, it has two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. The living-dining room, which includes a single sofa bed, is a perfect space to relax and enjoy moments together, with direct access to a private terrace offering spectacular views of the sea and Torre del Mar.
Additionally, the accommodation offers air conditioning in both the living-dining room and the two bedrooms, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. It also features free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the basement of the building for one vehicle, allowing you to enjoy a worry-free stay.
It is important to mention that due to the extreme drought affecting the region, there are scheduled water cuts from midnight to 7:00 a.m. However, the building is equipped with a water tank to minimize the impact of these cuts, provided water is used responsibly.
Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and parties cannot be held in the apartment. We want to ensure a peaceful and pleasant environment for all our guests.
