Located in a building with an elevator, this seventh-floor apartment offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a cozy hall that leads you to a charming bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The separate kitchen, open to the bright living-dining room with air conditioning, provides you with a comfortable and functional space to prepare your favorite meals. From the living room, you can access the private terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the promenade, where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and the apartment has air conditioning for added comfort. Additionally, you'll have access to a seasonal community pool during the summer months, subject to the rules of the community.
For added convenience, we also offer airport transportation service for an additional supplement.
Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Key collection and return are done at our office.
Please note that due to the declared drought in the area, the municipality has announced water cuts from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. approximately. This schedule is subject to possible modifications.
