Welcome to our modern apartment in the vibrant new area of Torre del Mar, an area in full expansion that offers the best in comfort and location. This apartment, located in a recently built building, is on the second line of the beach, providing quick access to the coast and spectacular sea views from its sunny terrace.
Located on the third floor, the apartment features a spacious and bright living-dining room, connected to a fully equipped American kitchen. From the living room, you can access the terrace, perfect for relaxing while enjoying views of the Mediterranean.
The accommodation has two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and a second full bathroom, both equipped with modern showers. For your greater comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned with cold-heat air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living-dining room, and also has free wifi connection.
The urbanisation offers access to a communal swimming pool, available during the summer season, although its opening and closing are subject to the regulations of the owners' community.

We missed waste bins in the bathrooms . The one in the kitchen was to small.
Perhaps a book on the table how the oven works.
The last day i discovered it behind the boiler.
